Beginning of my holiday staited with an accident when i broke my left wrist. I ended up with a surgery which knoked me out for a few months using primarily one hand only.
My trust in people went to a whole other level: i needed someone to “fix” my hand, to drive me home, to help me eat. Nothing was in my full contol.
At work, I always thought I am the most thorough. Or that I should do the final check & review. WRONG! We are interdependent. We cannot progress alone and individual.
Trust is all: where we work from, what we do, what we deliver.
